The Standard Weekly Update: How to Create an Online Portal

Want more info on creating your online portal? Follow our steps below!

Step 1

Visit www.thestandardboone.com and locate the Resident Login (at the top right corner of the site)

Step 2

Locate the Register Now link for new accounts or Forgot Password if you already have an account.

Step 3

Use the same name and email address you used when applying online. If you are having trouble, don’t worry. We will also be going in and creating usernames and temporary passwords for residents and guarantors who have not signed up. This will be taking place as quickly as possible. Once we have done this, you will receive an email with that information and a link to the website.

Step 4

Change your password and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the website.

Step 5

Set up an account! When you log in, it won’t show you as having a balance due. The system does not charge rent until you have moved into your unit. This, however, does not change the due date of July 26th.

Click on “Click here to setup.” This will take you to a page where you can add your Checking Account information by clicking on the e-check icon OR your debit or credit by clicking the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover icons.

Step 6

Make a payment. Once your payment account has been added, you will click on “Make a Payment.”

It will then take you to this screen where you will type in the amount you want to pay. Please note that it tells you the amount you should be paying on the left-hand side of the screen.

You must check the box next to “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” before the “Review & Confirm Payment” box will appear. Once you select that, it will take you to review your payment.
