All apartments are fully equipped for easy living, with stainless steel kitchen appliances, modern private baths adjoining each bedroom, controlled access underground parking, electronic lock systems, security system with video monitoring capability, building wide Wi-fi and high speed internet, and full-time management and maintenance staff. Each apartment also features a flat screen television and individual washers and dryers.

Housing contracts at The Standard at Boone are all written individually. No matter how many roommates share the space, you are only responsible for our own monthly rent and incidentals. That’s just one of the advantages we offer. Our rental term conforms to the academic year, and extends from early August through mid-July; rents are due the first of each month.
