Apartments Near App State
To secure a space at The Standard at Boone, fill out the online application. Applicants can select their desired floor plan, among other options. The final step of securing a spot is signing the housing contract.
Housing contracts begin in mid-August and will terminate in late July. Payments are broken into 12 equal monthly installments.
We offer studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments. The number of bedrooms in the apartment depends on the selected floor plan.
Our Boone apartments provide residents access to numerous amenities, including heated outdoor spas, an outdoor climbing rock, fitness facilities, a coffee lounge and café, a study room, and a computer lounge with group study areas — all within walking distance of campus!
Our apartments near App State are located off Blowing Rock Road, across from Appalachian Panhellenic Hall and only steps from campus.
Our apartments come with all stainless steel appliances, including an oven with range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additionally, each unit has a washer and dryer.
Yes! Our apartments are fully furnished and include a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, and seating for dining. Each bedroom comes with a mattress, bed frame, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser.
Yes! We offer garage parking options for an additional fee, and bike racks are included in the deck.
The Standard at Boone features controlled access buildings. Each resident is issued an electronic key fob, which allows for a keying system similar to a hotel’s: each resident has one key that can be used to access his or her unit as well as community amenities.
Yes! We offer on-site management and maintenance staff. The maintenance staff has the only keys that work during certain hours; this ensures that only residents have access after-hours to their apartments, and it prevents keys from being copied. Management also can check the time log to confirm that repairs were completed during the allotted time.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are late after 5 p.m. on the fifth (5th). Residents can pay either online through our convenient resident portal or by bringing a check to the on-site management office.
Installment payments for our App State off campus housing include water, waste, Wi-Fi, furniture, cable TV, pest control, and access to community amenities.
